I'd like to run an Excel macro from the command line, but do it without running the macro every time the file containing the macro is opened. So auto_start and workbook open macros won't work for me.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks in advance,

MJ.

Perhaps you could create a shortcut with an indication to run that macro when opened from the shortcut link. This way, you could open it both ways...
