Run Crystal Report from commandline

I have CR XI R2 Developer version.
I need to automatically run my CR report *.rpt, to export and to email it using commandline that I can schedule from MS Task Scheduler. My questions:
1- Does CR XI have API so that I can create script to automate my task.
2- Is there any freeware which has commandlines to run *.rpt and export it.
3- Is there any low cost CR commandlines package. I went across Crystal Desk

Several inexpensive viewers have command lines. There are also several tools that do scheduling that are either free or inexpensive.
