Rules Wizard not actually forwarding mail ??? 1

Exchange 5.5 with client machine Outlook 2000. Set a rules wizard to forward all mail to a virgin.net account. This appears to work in so much as it appears in sent items only is never delivered. You can send a normal mail to virgin account fine and appears in the sent items the same way as the rules mail does. Any ideas ?

Your exchange 5.5 server probably has autoreplies etc. to the internet disabled in your internet connector.

Outlook rules will not forward to an outside account unless you've got it added as a Custom Recipient in your GAL.
