Rules Error

Everytime I open Outlook I keep getting a Rules Error Windows. I don't have any Rules setup. The message says"server-requested Client action----Movecopy, unable to create dest msg"...

Try running the following command (I know this works for 2003, but you didn't mention what version you were running)

"<path to office install>/outlook.exe" /cleanrules

This will start Outlook and delete client and server-based rules.

Ok thanks a lot.. I will try it. We have Exchange 2000 server.
