rule: limit smpt by domain name?

I'd like to limit incoming mails to my mail server so that only allowed domain would come in, A. is this possible B. is it rational at all?

Please find out the MX record entries for the domains you want to accept....enter these ip addresses in a rule which says

MX Record IPs Mailserver smtp accept

This should work
