I have a voicemail pro system that started to play a message after a caller pushes zero when they want to talk to someone instead of leaving a voicemail.

The message says now transfering to the secretary.

I want to get rid of that message and dont know how.

If you have anything for me let me know. Thats the best i can explain it. If you have some questions feel free to ask.

Thanks,

Ross

You can find out what WAV file it is playing, and replace it with a blank one. There is a list of WAV file names and they they say in the docs somewhere. That way it will just play silence when transfered.

I know what Wav file is playing. But when i delete it then it uses another Wav file. Where do i find where it says what wav file to play before the call is transfered?
