My client is attempting to 'monitor' our real-time data in order to distribute calls better and needs to connect to our CCMS 6 server in order to do this. I have found documentation on the UDP ports I need to open in my firewall for multicast operation, but I have found no information for setting up unicast tcp ports for this solution.

Has anyone accomplished this in the past or has anyone seen documentation related to this?

Thanks,

James
