Hi,

I am having an issue right now with our RTA (real time adherence) feeds reporting a 3 minute time difference from our ACD that it is pulling data from.

I have checked the Unix time on the box and the ACD times through CMS Supervisor and all times are accurate. Aspect is stating that the issue is on our end, but I cannot find where the time is out. I tried to copy and paste the report from one of the files from RTA but it was not cooperating.

Lastly, we had our ECH turned on on this CMS the day before this started occurring. The Avaya rep has stated that they did nothing that would have caused this issue.

Thoughts?

Is the time differece coming from the PBX? I've never set the time on our CMS, but if the PBX gets off by two minutes, the reporting guys start complaining about adherence.

CMS time is sync to the switch. CMS Log files will probably show history of how often and when this happened.

Thanks for the replies. There is a 3 second time difference between the PBX and CMS.

Any other thoughts?

There is now. What about when you had the problem?
Or, are you having the problem now?

Well, Aspect says that they can see a 3 minute time difference between the Aspect Server and our ACD. I can see the time difference as well from the data that they sent to me. However, I cannot seem to find the 3 minute difference. I am not sure where it is coming from. Like I mentioned, I have verified that the Unix time and the time on the ACD is accurate.

Check the time on the server, not the application. Log in as root and type 'date'. Compare that to your network time. Assuming that the UNIX/Solaris clock is off, type 'man date' for instructions on setting the clock.

Good Morning,

I have logged in as root, and the time is accurate. Avaya has also stated, which I can see my self that there is a 3 second time differnce between the PBX and CMS.
