RSDI lines

Hy to all.
I´m new in this forum and y have a question.
I have an avaya 4600 and my ISP was telefonica spain.I have 6 rsdi lines an all work fine.
Now I change from ISP to Colt with 6 rsdi lines too, but when I take one incoming call with a digital post comunication fail (with analog post all ok).
Can you help me?

Hi Jorgeo,

Do Colt generates a permanent clock signal ("layer1 stable") over the ISDN BRI ("RDCI" in spanish)?

However, run a trace with SystemMonitor, and look for "DownGlitch" errors. Under certain circunstances, BRI interfaces may reset the DS bus.
