RS6000 Error Code List

Does anyone know where I can obtain a list of
the LED error codes that are displayed on the
RS6000 systems?

There are some LED codes listed in "IBM Certification Study Guide V4.3 System Administration" SG24-5129-00, an IBM Redbook PDF File at

Another source is the set of manuals that comes with each server.

Some errors depends from the platform machine
(these code are displayed before your machine boot:
memory fail, no boot device found, and so on)
For these, you have to refere at specific-machine Hardware Guide
