Try as follow:
B9 - - - - - - DB25- - - - - - - - > IOU/IPU/SIU
TX 3 +--------------2--------------+ A2 RX
RX 2 +--------------3--------------+ B2 TX
RTS+CTS 7+8+--------------4+5------------+ A8 DCD
DSR 6 +--------------6--------------+ B6 DTR
GND 5 +--------------7--------------+ A4+B4 GND
DCD 1 +--------------8--------------+ C8+B8 CTS/RTS
DTR 4 +---------------20-------------+ C6 DSR
NOTE : pin DB9 7+8 or DB25 4+5 it means jumped
pin A4+B4 it means jumped
pin C8+B8 it means jumped
