Rrtrieve Serial Number PHones

Just wondering.
Is there a way to retrieve serial numbers for all phones which are online ?

Try using System Status or System Monitor --H323 Phones.

but I think it will only give the MAC address of ip phones only
NOT Digital sets

If they are connected to an Avaya switch you could try to look at port level.
