When configuring a RAS server for dial-in connect and selecting the "use DHCP" option, I know you need to configure DHCP relay agent.

I know in a real world situation you would never design this, but what if your RAS server has DHCP service installed, do you still need configure the relay agent???

RAS is given a range of IP's from the DHCP upon activation.
You can see this in the DHCP console.
So: you don't need a relay agent
