rpt2xls repeating rows on excel

Am using rpt2xls to export data from oracle to excel format, however am getting repeating rows in the output whenever there's a new page. can you help me? please, thanks

I reported that it was as a result of using an older version of rpt2xls. Check ur version of rpt2xls. Got mine from

Another thing to check is where u place ur formatting code. Avoid placing the code in the format trigger of a repeating frame. There's a note in the README about this:

Note: The repeating frame format trigger fires twice for records started from new pages (reports bug?)
So don't place format triggers on repeating frame level. Use any field or frame inside of repeating frame.
