RPC Server is unavailable

I thought I had everything under control after upgrading an NT4 domain to a child domain of our Win 2K Domain. But I started getting replication errors again:
event id: 1311
I checked the trust relationship between the domains and the verify fails because the RPC Server is unavailable.

Any errors in the log related to this? It could be a W32 Time issue.

actually I figured it out, it seems I need to have my DC/DNS server use the DNS in my Parent as Primary DNS.

What's the deal w/ W32Time? I have a Win2k Server on a WinNT domain. I keep getting the following error on the Win2k Server:

I also see the following error somewhere near the previous:

Because of repeated network problems, the time service has not been able to find a domain controller to synchronize with for a long time. To tell the time service that network connectivity has been restored and that it should resynchronize, execute "w32tm /s" from the command line.
