Hello all,

I am trying to configure Rpc over http for Outlook 2003 and Exch 2003. When I run rpcdump on the Exchange server it tells me that ncacn_http isn't working but I have everything setup the way Microsoft says. Any help would be great.

Thanks,

here is the log file...

You are right on... you do have everything setup correctly. The anwser is to verify that the service are listening on the correct ports (6001, 6002, 6004).

The MS article does clarify that well.

I ran around this issue for days (troubleshooting something that was working fine.) My problem ended up being the firewall (CISCO PIX).

Hope this helps someone.
