Hello,
We have had rpc/https setup on our single exchange 2003 server for several months now and its worked perfectly. Outlook clients were set to connect via http on both fast and slow connections as the majority were not office based and had broadband connections at home. Now if people have the "On fast connections...." ticked when in the office it keeps asking for the username/password and does not accept what I know is the correct details. The security logs do not list any failed authentication attemps for those users and the users account does not lock out etc.
The certificate being used is issued by our own CA and has been imported onto the clients so that they "trust" the root CA.
I've followed kb article 827330 and each of the steps is correctly configured on our servers!
Anyone know any troubleshooting techniques I could use to help isolate what is causing this problem?
regards.
