Is there a way to take the information from a row e.g. row1 and make it into one column e.g. columnA

row one contains:
12345 123455 1122345 112223234

I would like to move this information to column A:
12345
123455
1122345
112223234

If anyone knows how to do this (short of cut/paste, etc..) I would really appreciate it.

Thanks
Marianne

Hi Marianne,

Steps:

1) Highlight the row of data

2) Copy

3) Move your cursor to an unused column

4) From the menu, choose: Edit - Paste Special - Transpose

Hope this helps. :) Please advise as to how you make out.
