Another individual created a spreadsheet and now the top 4 rows are not visible (the first Row says 5). I've checked and they do not indicate hidden (unhide doesn't do anything).

In Print Preview, I see them. Any thoughts? This one has me stumped.

They may still be hidden or sized down.

If you click on a cell in row5 if that's what's visible and then hold the shift key and press up-arrow four times then go to Format, Row, Unhide and see if that's works.

Else with those five rows highlighted go to Format, Row, Height and set the height to 12.75 and see if that works.

If the rows are not visible after you change the size, do this:

1. CTRL G (this will bring up a GOTO dialogue box)
2. Type in A1 and click on OK
3. Hold the SHIFT key down and press the down arrow key which should highlight A5
4. Click on FORMAT-ROWS-UNHIDE

Thank you both. They were hidden, but because they were on top, I wasn't getting them highlighted to unhide. Thanks again. [2thumbsup]
