I am working on a MICS. When anyone dials 411 or 1xxx5551212
the customer wants the system to actually dial a 1877xxx-xxxx number which is there own private directory assistance.
We currently have the set with there prime line as a B1 that
appeares on there set. Any solutions would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.

What do you mean with the above quote? What does this have to do with your question on routing?

I was just letting you know that they are not dialing a line
pool code to access there trunks and what happens when they go off hook now.

If you want to program a custom routing, it has to be at the intercom path. You can't intercept and route digits dialed directly on a line. Also, you can't "1xxx5551212" as a destination code.

Your best bet is to set up either an arbitrary destination/route or a system speed dial to dial the DA number on whatever line, and restrict "411" and "1***5551212" on all your lines.
