How is it possible that one set isnt following the routing table? For example, this user cannot dial toll free because her set keeps picking the LD circuit and not local. Other sets work fine over the right lines. She is not picking any line, just picks up the handset and dials.

Oh, and yes the DN has all of the same line access codes as all other DN's

Probably doesn't have access to the pool. Make sure that set has access to the local circuit access pool or Bloc.

yes it has access to pool pri-a and pool pri-b like all other sets.

Are these Pools or PRIs? Because if Pools, the DN could be primed to the wrong Pool. If PRIs, you can't prime, you need Dest. Codes.

Try doing a set copy from a known working phone and see if the fixes it.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

there are destination codes
route 001 use pool pri-b - local pri
route 002 use pool pri-a - ld pri
1800 - use route 001
this is the only DN not following the rules

DN 6100
General
Line access
Line asslgnment
Line 121
Line 122
Line 241
Line 263
Line pool access
PoolA
Pool B
Pool PRI-A
Pool PRI-B

Remove POOL A and POOL B you only need the PRI-A and PRI-B

Nope didnt work. Still trying to go out on LD circuit. I am at a loss. I dont understand how one DN isnt following like everyone else. This is the operator. Would a reboot of the port be something to do?

Is she slecting the intercom Key or a Line key?

intercom...or just picking up the handset and picking nothing
okay, intercoms are 6100
this is also the operator so line 121 and 122 are main analog lines for inbound then when busy hunt to the main DID of the local pri which is 6100. 6100 appears 6 times for rollover inbound. this all used to work and i dont know what happened until i had to make this girls set 6122 to 6100. i have 6122 target line now just ring to 6100. i obviously messed something up with prime sets? control Sets? dont know.

Does the set have intercom as the prime line or is it pgm for pool x?

Boy we sure had to work to get to the facts.

How did you change her DN from 6122 to 6100?

Do you have a routing service with overflow in services on. It sounds like you have the sets in the service.

bare with me---i am so confused and not an expert programmer nor on site.

* ROuting service is Manual with Y overflow. Fallback is programmed if a ciruit goes down. Not understanding-6100 is the only set not following the routing rules. She is not getting expensive route. toll free calls want to go over the LD circuit and cant.

*How did i change: I had the branch move the 6100 BCM port patchcord to the 6122 BCM port. She then was 6100 as the operator. i then programmed 6122 to ring only so she could keep her personal DID.
Not being able to call toll free started with this change/move.
L121 prime is 6122
L122 prime is 6122
L241 6 appearances - prime 6122
when i changed primes to 6100, the user told me incoming calls were starting to ring on her intercoms.

Have the last person that leaves, recycle power.

YEAH..i rebooted the port this morning and she is routing correctly and can make toll free calls. Thank you all!!!!

ANother question with this operator set. 6122 is a ring only to her intercoms. the set is not in service, just a phantom DN to her phone. Calling the DID from the outside works fine..she gets the call, however, anyone internally who dials 6122 gets a busy and states not in service. Now what?
What a problem child :)

So basicly your saying you had then swap the phones and ports correct?

Have you verified that the labeling on the phones now match the programming on the phone?

Have them use F*0 and press each key to verify label matchs whats programmed.

Totally normal, it is Not in Service. They can either Ftr980 to leave her a message. Or use can put and Answer DN for x6122 on her telephone.

Thank you..Will put an Answer DN on.

THANKS FOR EVERYONE'S HELP. I think i will go home now.
