All,

I have a bit of a problem! here's the situation we currently have a point to point T-1 that connects to another city and that other city uses there dialing plan out of the C.O. So they were on a NEC2000IVs and we replaced some of there phones with NEV VoIP thru the NEC2400IPx on our site in another city. Now we thought things would workout properly but they didnt, When we call 480.768.2XXX we get line cannot be reached, So we come to the conclusion that routing is an issue. Since their old DID's dont originate from us here any call they make locally would be a long distance call and charge. Any idea's? I would really appreciate it.

Sounds like 408 is still trying to route over CCIS to the 2000ivs. Check AFRS And see what OPR it is routing to. AFRS>TN=1>RTE=31>91408 OR 9408 ENTER.

91480 is routing out my local PRI circuits. We used to route it out CCIS for long distance reason's but that was done away with by the bosses. I'm sure you where going to suggest this but I should'nt use any routing correct? If I do use routing the call will just bounce back and forth between systems and never terminate.
