I just installed a PRI tie line between my Nortel 61c and my Cisco Call Manager.
I can reach other locations that are connected to my Nortel by 4 digit dialing with the exception of one location. I also am experiencing problems 4 digit dialing to any extension on the PBX with the exception of my Call Pilot pilot number. This appears to be a routing problem of sorts but I am not sure how to fix this.
Any suggestions?

Is the routing problem from the Cisco to the Nortel or vice versa? If the problem is on the Cisco side, then check you routing tables in the Cisco Call Manager to make sure you have them built there.

on the dch in ld 96, then make a call to see if the dialed dn is correct.. from the ccm to the nortel would be in the route tables of the ccm.. usually.. how is your pri programed? tie's qsig or did's? that may cause a block inbound... is the callpilot voice service dn in the same natural dial plan? does it look just like another 3 or 4 digit dn to the cisco?

Thank you to everyone.
I found the problem.
It was a signaling mismatch between the Cisco and the Nortel box.
I set everything to 4ESS on the Cisco Voice Gateway and it fixed the problem.

Again.
Thank you to everyone for your help!
You guys are great

you'll have less trouble with that interface if the next time you do am upgrade you get qsig turned on.. with an upgrade always look at adding packages, they are very reasonable at that time. when we went to 3.0 i bought every option i could ever need
