I am looking for a way to route calls over a pri.
Right nolets say i want 7775551212 routed to it i have to go create a short code, set incoming number above to route to that short code and create an ARS with the short code and number in there.
What i would like to do is on incoming call routes send it one number that hits the forwader that takes it to the pri.
I have tried everyhting, on a G3 8700, 8500 i would set up a number to UDP and AAR and then crate a ACD or coverage path to that number.
I am not sure how to do the same with the IP office,.
Again its important that i keep the called number id.
The trunk is set for QSIG as well.
thanks for all of your help

a voip gateway for another application..there has to be a way to route a number. It appears it would be easy.,
I can get it to work i am looking at just adding one number to route the majority of inbound traffic too. RIght now it goes to a Short code that is also in ARS..but that seems like a lot of data entry.,

Did you try changing the route to point to the Line Group ID rather then your Main:50 or what ever you named you ARS table. This would eliminate the ARS build and point the call directly to the PRI pipe!? I'm think'n here.

lord

i have not tried that, let me and i will let you know how that works. Will that work also when people call it from interanal as well?
