Hello all,

I have a Symantec 200r with 2 internet connections. One from a cable modem and the other from an ADSL connection.

When I have only one connection available, everything works. But with both I get a few problems. Wich I think have to do with routing. For example the VPN connection does not function. I can see in the log of the 200r that a connection is established, but the user cannot access the network or even ping a server. What could this be?

Thanks in advance
Sjakie.

Yes, the world is full of strange people.

Routing could be the problem, check your DNS domain setting to make sure that they are point to the correct public IP that the traffic should be coming back out of.

As for the VPN check to make sure that you have setup the "Dynamic Key" to bind to the correct "WAN Port" and only use that Wan port for VPN connections.

I hope this helps,
