our long distance billing is out of whack. This happened ever since we
implemented authorization codes in our switch. Does anyone know if this would
certainly impact the calls being routed on certain trunks. Any if it is a possibility
than what is the best way to rectify this problem?
When iI say out of whack I mean we haev to LD carriers one is usually hight than the other which is a failover carrier.
Ofocurse, the failover carriers rates are much higher. We also moved over approx 30 employees from one buildign to another.
Would this have an effect on the routing of calls> the people we moved over to the other office were on a option51c and now are on an option 11
Taken that this is an older system would this maybe be the cause of the problem?
The reason we changed the NCOs is so that we are able to implement a force charge code procedure for the users.
It is the only NCOS that will authorize force charge codes. I have a feeling that the trunks are not rsetup properly to accompany the 20 somewhat users that moved
into the other office.
Does anyone know what it may be and what the best action to tak ewith this is?
Thanks a billion.
