ROUTING OFF BASE

I can re-route a number w/Vector to a on base 5 digit number, but cannot re-reoute to an 10 digit off base number.
I trace the vector and it shows it being routed, but the call goes idle....Any ideas.

VDN COR needs to allow calls out to number, check that first.

Yeah , I checked that, even "calling party restriction" on COR field.....Nice try though !

Obviously dialing 9 before 10 digit number, right?

You can dial number from phone with same COR?

I changed out VDN COR TO A 7, didnt work. Then I changed it to a 1, viola. It worked.
