We are in the middle of changing providers of our mobile link into our Opt81. We have hit a problem where some incoming numbers are being forwarded direct to the Operator instead of routing them out to their destination.

The incoming digits are in the format: 536301001 which on the previous mobile link came in and were directed by the DSC 53631 which sent it out of another route after stripping the 53 from the front.

We can see the full 9 digits arriving at the console but I don't understand why this should happen. We have other similar numbers coming through the link (e.g. 536528175) which would remove the 5365 and leave the local DN of 28175 via the LSC 53652.

The two mobile circuits are slightly different in that the original was using Q931 but the new one is using Euro ISDN.

Does anyone have any ideas !! Let me know if you need more info to help.
Cheers
