Routing Non-Sequential DID Calls to Auto Attendant

I am looking for guidance on what programming changes I need to make to have calls that used to go to the attendant console route to an Automated Atendant with different messages for Day versus Night.

We have a G3si v11 with an Intuity Audix MAP5 v4.

This is something I started a while back that should help you. You may need to look into vectoring as the Intuity will only have x number of ports available to take calls. In my case 24, and that would have killed my audix with over 2000 subscribers on it.

You could add some time of day routing to your vectors. What I have in the vector I posted for you should give you a good starting point.

Let me know if you need more help with this.

I found that the answer to this issue was in my auto attendant profiles in the Audix, and stations that I had mis identified which were answering points.

Thanks for your help!
