Routing incoming local call to internal extension

Hello all,
I am working with Avaya Communication Manager using Avaya Site Administration ver 6.0. I am trying to route a local call, say dialing 713-414-2114 and expecting it to ring to internal extension 2150 what steps should I consider looking into first? I thank you for your time and appreciate any help.
 
You should post your question in the Avaya: CM/Aura (Definitey) forum for better answers. This forum is meant for Avaya networking equipment.
 
Hi Shawn,

You need to take a good look at your routing plan, You must first know which trunk would this call hit and based on that you must look at "Incoming call handling treatment" for that specific trunk and also Uniform dial plan and see if there are any matching entries. Based on these, you might have to create an entry to truncate the digits and match them to route the call to the extension 2150.
