Routing calls to different queues

Hello Guys,

We have enabled announcements for call queueing on a hunt group. The group does not ring on any extension. Our customer wants to have them wait a little before the calls are answered. So I am trying to route the call to a second queue or hunt group, with announcements enabled. Play the announcements on the second hunt group, then forward the call to another hunt group that will ring three extensions.

I've tried to use the GoTo option on the second group, but it does not route the call to the queue.

Any ideas??

Got it to work finally. Had to apply it a couple of times for it to take.
 
Yes! I have been having issues with calls not ringing members phones. To fix I delete and readd the user in the hunt group
I think this is 1104 bugs
