Routing call Problem on IP Trunk

I have a BCM50 Rls. 5.0 connected to a CS1000E via SIP trunk.

When I make a call from the CS1000E to the BCM50, the call complete, but when I do the call from the BCM50 to the CS1000E I recieve a fast busy.

I capture all packet with wireshark:

- 24056 6157.587592 10.1.11.1 10.1.11.201 SIP/SDP Request: INVITE sip:300;phone-context=cdp.udp@10.1.11.201:5060;maddr=10.1.11.201;transport=udp;user=phone, with session description (application/x-nt-mcdn-frag-hex) (application/x-nt-epid-frag-hex)

- 24057 6157.588395 10.1.11.201 10.1.11.1 SIP Status: 404 Not Found

- 24058 6157.728574 10.1.11.1 10.1.11.201 SIP Request: ACK sip:300;phone-context=cdp.udp@10.1.11.201:5060;maddr=10.1.11.201;transport=udp;user=phone

The BCM IP is: 10.1.11.1 and the extension are: 2XX
The CS1000E/NRS is: 10.1.11.201 and the extension are: 3XX

I do a track on the CS1000E in the channel of the IP route and don't receive anything.

I type the command:

ld 80
. entc 96 0 0 0015
. gotr

if it's CS1000 Rls 6.0
then make sure to point the BCM at the NRS TLAN IP and not the NODE IP.....

Yes, the BCM50 is connected to the NRS Tlan IP

in the NRS do you have the BCM as a Proxy or Redirect?

Try forcing the BCM to only 1 codec G.711

Also, uncheck TCP on the NRS for the BCM Gateway you built and use only UDP

also check the CS1000 entry on the NRS to see if its TCP or UDP

also make sure the BCM has all the latest patches, there are a lot of fixes for SIP.....
