Hello everyone, I'm trying to connect 5 remote locations to our corporate office network. My ISP assigned the following IP to the locations as follow:
Corp: 192.168.1.1 (router)
Remote1: 192.168.2.1 (router)
Remote2: 192.168.3.1 (router)
Remote3: 192.168.4.1 (router)
Remote4: 192.168.5.1 (router)
Remote5: 192.168.6.1 (router)

The LAN on corporate is currently set to 10.1.1.x

I assigned the firebox a 192.168.1.2 address. Is there a way to route the 192.168.x.x traffic to my local network so that the users in the remoter office can utilize my corporate network resources ( Exchange, Network Fax, network folders, etc...)

Amy assistance in that matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

KMcAllister

To keep things simple, make sure that all the LAN addresses are seperate subnets. Since you stated that your corporate LAN is 10.1.1.x, you could make your remote sites, 10.1.2.x, 10.1.3.x, etc.

Are you also using Firebox X1000's at all of your branch locations as well?

I would like to keep my corporate subnet as it is right now. 10.1.2.x. I will have to change out the remote locations to 192.168.1.x, 192.168.2.x etc. These are the schemes that were assigned to me by my carrier because it is a managed network. My question is how do I go about routing all traffic coming from 192.168.x.x to 10.1.2.x so that my my remote offices can utilize exchange, network fax, network folders etc... I'm using a Firebox 1000 at the corp office only. The remote offices do not have any firewall besides a Cisco 1720 running NAT.
