I have a customer that gets alot of automated calls like "This is your State Senator calling to tell you what a crappy job I'm doing and I'm gonna raise your taxes". I have the Incoming Call routes like this:
Line Group 0
Incoming CLI 800XXXXXXX
Destination VM:AutoAttendant

And

Line Group 0
Incoming CLI 866XXXXXXX
Destination VM:AutoAttendant

I know this is a noob sounding question but any ideas why there calls aren't being routed?

I have other local numbers that are being routed to users that work fine.

You need a * in the Incoming number field, also make sure that's the actual CLI they are calling from :)

So if I add a * to the incoming number field, when someone calls from a 1800 or 1866 number it will route accordingly? I guess what I'm asking is are the XXXXXXX ok to use in an ICR?

You don't need the XXXXXXX just put the starting number to be matched so 1800 0r 1866. That field is left to right, match unlike incoming number which is right to left hence the requirement for XXXX wildcard digits :)
