We presently are having an issue with people using an outside operator to make personal long distance and international calls. The problem is we need to keep access to dial international calls. Is there a way to route to an internal operator on dial 0 and not mess with international calling? Be kind if i'm a little confusing.

How do you dial Loca, LD, International and oper now?

Are you using BARS/NARS?

or do you alow people to dial the Trunk Access code?

Do you know how to program in LD 90, 86, 87?

take 0 out of ld 90

prt that and take it out.. then print the dn 0 and see where it points.. 0 internal is an atdn/dn or acd... 9 plus 0 is a bars problem
