Can anyone recommend a cost efficient router with a minimum of 3 ethernet ports?

The router will be used to connect 2 lab segments to the existing corporate network.

Thanks

Hi

I guess you could use a Cisco 2621 router which has 2 10/100 ehternet intefaces and add another 10baseT interface in it's network module card...

It would work, but you might get a 3rd layer switch for better performance...

I agree with ariev, but the cheapest Layer-3 switch is the 2948G-L3, and at $15,000 it's twice the cost of the 2621 option.

Btw, what's this got to to with certification???

please i need good sites on cisco with practice test downloads.

I am preparing for the CCNA certification and was wondering, which router simulator is the best.

I have used Boson's Routersim, but find it limited. Are there others that actually simulate the real routers where all commands work?

Thanks
