Good Day:
I have a router MC3810 and this have a Router(boot)#, i did copy a new IOS by tftp

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Type "boot" at the prompt and it should boot up. If not, your image may be corrupt, or the pointer in your config file is pointing at the wrong place. Look in your config for the "boot system flash" line to see what it says.

I had this problem yesterday when I forgot to change the configuration register after upgrading the IOS on a 2501.

Do a "show version" and look for the configuration register. It should be 0x2102. If not, then...

conf t
config-register 0x2102

You get that boot if your flash memory is corrupt or missing, and you do need to make sure your register is set to 2x--2 like the last guy said after your done updating it.

Hope you get it fixed.
