Router and mail server monitors

Does anyone know of some good monitoring software that checks routers, mail servers, DNS servers and can send a beeper page and/or e-mail message if something is amiss?

I assume you are looking for something inexpensive and probably for an MS-Windows based PC. WhatsUp Gold by Ipswitch isn't too bad, and is relatively inexpensive (about $695 I think). You can find information at<br>
