Router 2 can not ping Router 1

Hello,
I am attaching a copy of "SH ip Routes" from two routers.
The problem, router2 cannot ping router 1, WHY!!!

what address are you trying to ping? can you ping vice versa or is it just a one way thing?

show a brief topology and a show run from both routers.

Normally this is because there is no route back.

Router 1 IP is 10.20.0.1
Router 2 IP is 10.40.0.1

Router1 can ping router2 and get a reply
Router 2 cannot ping router 1 Success rate is 0 percent

Post a sh run from both routers. Since 1 can ping 2, then there is a route to AND from 1 and 2.
