Hi there.

Definity G3V6i.03.1.230.6

Customer has this simple vector treatment on incoming calls

Basic? y EAS? n G3V4 Enhanced? n ANI/II-Digits? n ASAI Routing? n
Prompting? y LAI? n G3V4 Adv Route? n CINFO? n BSR? n

01 wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 collect 4 digits after announcement 720
03 route-to digits with coverage y
04 route-to number 2500 with cov y if digit = 1
05 route-to number 2501 with cov y if digit = 2
06 route-to number 2502 with cov y if digit = 3
07 route-to number 2503 with cov y if digit = 4
08 route-to number 2301 with cov n if digit = 5
09 route-to number 2500 with cov y if digit = 0
10 route-to number 2500 with cov y if unconditionally
11 stop
Step 4 is working good, but step 09 not, both have same digit treatment, only different digits.

Any suggestions, what I´m missing?
THANKS IN ADVANCE.

As you can see, steps 04, 09 and 10 route to number 2500, but if digit = 0 vector drops.

BTW, I can only Enter digit, 0-9, or '#', I cannot enter '10' on step 09.

So you are saying that if you don't press any key (step 10 unconditional), the caller is routed to ext 2500?

I think the answer is yes.

If that is yes, then it may be related to the "0" key and how it is defined elsewhere in the translations.

I would change step 2 to:
Collect 1 digit after announcement 720

There is no need to wait for 3 more digits when you only check on 1 digit. Unless you want to give them more time to enter a digit.

I would remove step 4 and 9 as they are not needed.
If the caller presses 1 or 0 the vector should go through the check steps (all false) until the unconditional route, and route the call to 2500.

Can you trace the vector?? LIST TRACE VECTOR
Maybe then you see why the vector drops.
If possible post outcome here.

Yep.
There was a wrong vector for vdn 0.
In a 4 digit dial plan, vector was:

01 wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 route-to number 298 with cov y if unconditionally
03 stop

It should say:

01 wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 route-to number 2300 with cov y if unconditionally
03 stop
04

Finally vector is working this way:

01 wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 collect 4 digits after announcement 720
03 route-to digits with coverage y
04 route-to number 2501 with cov y if digit = 2
05 route-to number 2502 with cov y if digit = 3
06 route-to number 2503 with cov y if digit = 4
07 route-to number 2301 with cov n if digit = 5
08 route-to number 2500 with cov y if unconditionally
09 stop

Thank you.
