I don't have the "Advanced" license yet, so I can't test this.
But this is what I'm hoping we can do:

A call comes into vm pro
VM pro sends the CLI to a sproc we create in our database
the sproc returns an extension
Vmpro transfers the call to the extension the DB just returned.

The part I'm not sure about is how to use the data returned by "Get Data".

Thanks,
Justin

You don't need an Advanced License from 9.1 and forward.

I think we are on 9.0, where do I check?
Our VM Pro Client is Version 9.0.4.0, but IP Office Manager is Version 10.0.0.1

I was told we can't upgrade to R10 because our 5410 phones are not supported.

Does this look like the right idea?
I found the transfer menu lets you use the $DBD[0], which is the data returned by SQL.

VMpro let me save that, I haven't actually put anything in SQL connection yet, does that mean we don't need the license?

Not being "supported" and "won't work" are two different things. The phones work fine on R10.

Open a Config and look at the control Unit, it's version of software is what you are actually running
