Hello,

I want to know if there is any way to redirect calls dialed to a specific number to a vector for treatment before send it to the Pstn.

For example when they dial 800 xxx 123 redirect the outgoing call to a vector prior to send it ot the outside.

thanks,

Hi Dario,

If its a number that is dialed alot you could set a VDN for that number and the people in your office dial a 4 digit number this way it could follow the vector before dialing out.

you could do a digit conversion in ars and send it to a vdn /vector and then use aar to direct the call to the pstn after the treatment.

eg
ars digit conversion
Matching Pattern Min Max Del Replacement String Net Conv ANI Req

13366685xxx 11 11 11 46878 ext n

then the vdn 46878 would go to a vector and do what you need to the route by using aar to the same number
