Route pattern - FRL resets to "0" ?? 1

I haven't seen this to date but this is what happens when I change a route pattern's FRL, it shows it did but when I look at it again it resets to FRL "0" which is my lowest from 0-7.

My system is a G3si ver12. Would really appreciate the help friends :)
 
That is a bug on g3csiv12 load. It is fixed by upgrading to 118 or 122 load or with an Avaya seed patch 8918.
