Route Pattern Failing

I am having very unusual issue. I have a Route Pattern which fails to the next Route List other than the one specified.

The Route Pattern looks like this 1865.XXXXXXX. Calls will not complete to the Route List specified, they go to the next Route List in the list of Route Lists. If I make the Route Pattern more specific, such as 1865.6XXXXXX then calls will complete sometimes (no pattern). If I make it more specific, 1865.69XXXXX the call completes every time.

Witch version of ccm are you running? There are some know bug in some of the latest versions, route pattern and translation patterns staing active after deletion or modification for example.
