Hello,
we have an mg100 with a trunksip on site1 and on another production site,site2, with an emg80 with another trunksip. They are connected and we can call between the 2 branches without any problem via our VPN.

I would like to ask if it's possibile to configure the mg100 on site1 to reroute outgoing call to all numbers starting with 895 to the emg80 on site2 and use his trunksip to place the call.

This becouse on the site with the mg100 the operator who manage the trunksip in unable to remove the lock on the 895 numbers. This is really annoing and after 1 year and 100 calls to operator tech support the situation is still the same i can't call 895*** numbers.

Thanks

Ok i give more info after some test. I've used mg100 trunk help page to start to configure the system. My aim is to call with eMG80 CO Line from mg100 station across net tunnel.
(both MG100 andeMG80 have net license)
MG100
PGM 321
Index 1 (Plan to call internal eMG80 station)
Type: NET
Plan Code: 1XX
Outgoing CO Group No: 20
And Digit:none
And Digit Repeat: OFF
Digit Sending Mode: Overlap
CPN1: ip of eMG80

Index 2 (plan to call via eMG80 co lines)
Type: Transit Out
Plan Code: 40 (system numbering plan is 4 more digit: 1)
Outgoing CO Group No: 20
And Digit: 9
And Digit Repeat: ON
Digit Sending Mode: Overlap
CPN1: ip of eMG80

eMG80

Here is complicated: i cannot follow anymore mg100 guide and have to search on web... on this forum i found a post to use UCP and eMG80 trunk to place call. They advise to use PGM252 (CO CALL REROUTING) to route call from co group 20, prefixed with 9, to co line group.
So on eMG80:
PGM 252
Index Range: 0
Enable co call r:OM
Compare CO group:20 - Compare digits:9 - CO + Rerouting Number: 8901 - Rerouting Type: N/A - Alternate Dest CO Group: Empty

If i have made the pgm 252 correctly that route should check on co group 20 (eMG80 VOIU Co Group), if it find 9 (and 9 should be send from PGM321 from mg100) it should access CO group 1.

Problem is: i can hear the line tone but i cannot send any digit. Any digits is simply ignored and i continue to hear the line tone. On eMG80 i checked and seems that CO line was opened.

Any hint???
