Route calls based on inbound caller ID

Hi,
I have an IPO 500 V2 PRO VM Rls 8.1 with E1-R2 frame.

All the customers calling to main number 1234-4000 hear the audio1 (welcome to...).

When a VIP customer calls from his number 1234-5400, I need that the system to recognize this inbound caller ID and hear the audio2

This can be done with the VM Pro? What module should I use?

Do it in the Incoming Call Routes in Manager - put the VIP's incoming Caller IS in the Incoming CLI box and direct it to the module in VM pro that you are calling audio2

Also, use a * on the incoming number field too unless routing on a specific DDI.
