Hi Gurus,

I have a queue IVR that work fine, now I want to use DTMF to sent the user to another IVR Script.
Triede to do this with a tag and a variable, and use the basic element "Define Variable". But there is only silence...

I am not sure on how to fill out the "New value" box in this element.
I have triede putting in the TAG.

How do I direct my call so that i uses this other IVR Script?

Kind regards, Allan

It should work using Define Variable to change the value of a Task Tag and have to route to another destination in the Task Flow, ending up in another IVR script.

I don't know what you are trying to accomplish here, I would only use IVR scripts in a Task Flow if it's necessary, especially if it's a busy system as you need to consider factors as the ratio between IVR and Queue channels.

Hi @janni78

Thank You for the answer - and sorry for my late reply to You.
We solved the issue with using the Task Flow.
