Route by no caller ID 1

I want to route callers that have caller ID enabled to one call flow , can you route callers that dont have caller ID, I want all callers that dont have caller ID to go down a different callflow. Could I specify the number of incoming digits in the incoming route by using xxxx go to this call flow, then have blank route for unregonised to go different way??? or use VM Pro at all?

According to the documentation you can use the "!" character
in the incomining caller ID field for calls with the CLI witheld and the "?" character for call with CLI unavailable.
