Route & COT...Am I on the right Track?

Could someone have a look and see if I'm on the right track.
I'm new to all this and have made it this far with everyones help from here.

I've created a new route "0" in Ld 16
and COT line on 7 1
(I am reusing a system from another company and just want to add our phone line to the PBX system and use the digital phones etc) heres what I've done so far.. my question is am i on the right track, and where do i go from here to receive or make calls?

Still unable to call out, Can receive calls no problem.(no caller id, I'll work on that later)
What load/loads should I be editing? To be able to call out.
(this is a PBX that was setup for another company at one time)
Or should I just "out" things and start from scratch?

quick fix, either post your rdb or just check to make sure it's iao.. do a change and targ x1.. your rlb has a dgt, change that to dmi 0.. WHEN do you get the busy.. is it post 9+ or post 9xxx+..

Thanks again for helping, This is a used system I was hopeing to just edit loads and have it up and running...
I've tried 9(xxx-xxxx)number i want to call. also 9(xxx-xxx-xxxx)area code and number, fast busy..
Here is the RDB, route 0 is the one I built. route 2 looks to be a paging route, route 10 is what the previous company had set up.(leave it? or How do I OUT it?)

that's a perfect two way route.. route 10 is digital.. i assume it's not connected from your op. what happens when you dial 6012

6012 sounds like an open line then goes to a fast busy, says (destination busy)on display.

route 10 is not connected.

Unsure where to look or edit LD's
Should I be editing the DN's info?

here what my DNB looks like for where the incoming line is set to ring which does just can't call out. I see the DES is different then my route does that matter?

do a ld 21 ltm on route 0.. until you can dial the acod and get dialtone... ld 90 is not an option.. what your looking for is a list of just the trunks you have connected

since you can get an inbound, we know one trunk is right.. usually port zero.. the white blue is hard to miss..

you can trac your phone to see what trunk is working inbound or put the call on hold and pick it back up.. the display will show route and member on older software

Again thank you for your patience regarding this, I'm sure its a simple fix. Never seen this system in my life till a month ago.

What did you mean by white blue hard to miss?

Also "sometimes" I'll see "TRK151 7 0 0 1" in my hyperterminal when trying to call out.

What is the colors yo guys are referring to? Where My incoming phone lines get punched in at?
Maybe I'm missing something?
Maybe I don't have something punched down in the right spot?

you have a 25 pair plugged in your cab under the analog trunk card.. that cable is usually punched down on a block, the color code on that cable tells you where to connect to..after you ltm, dis all the trunks except one, then try the acod again

When I put the incoming call on hold it parks it on 7500's
Still can't call out..
No incoming caller ID.

When do you get the fast busy? Right after dialing 9? after dialing 9+number?

when I dial ACOD (6012) it sounds like an open line then goes to busy, if I try to dial anything after the ACOD (6012)i can only get 4 digits in before it goes to busy. I've tried just 9 after 6012 same thing.
should i maybe be disabling other things and outing other things as it is a used system.

it will IF you have just working trunks on the rdb.. that's why i recogmended ltm or trac an inbound call to find the ONE working trunk.. until that happens, bars is a waste of time..

until you can dial the acod and get dialtone.. you don't need to play with bars or anything else...
