Hi,
simple story:
I want to route all incoming calls for extension 4108 to be forwarded to a SIP trunk.
Back story:
we are migrating to a new PBX sytem "Sonus SBC with Skype for business CCE". both SV8100 and Sonus have to co exist untill the entire plants around the globe are migrated to SfB. SV8100 is at the border receiving calls from outside. currently there is a trunk established between SV8100 and Sonus. calls both ways are working.
When we move extension 4108 to SfB, we cannot receive calls from other extensions that are still on SV8100. SV8100 still thinks that this extension is internal and never sends the communication through the "
trunk towards SfB. I want to tell SV8100 that extension 4108 is no longer on SV8100 and to route all calls to the "SfB trunk".
this way, hopefully the autoattendant will work without the need for adjustments. otherwise i'll be posting a separate question here.
I know NEC recommends that you be certified. but this system was setup by a partner that no longer exists in this region, and NEC will not support you because your not certified "even if you have a valid support contract". one of the main reasons we are moving away from NEC. We are desperate here, any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
